This is the dugsi where dhaqan celis teens were brutally beaten, at least five of them to death. His trademark is beating them with metal sticks and then calling an early burial, citing death from illness.

Any reason like asking to go out to buy food or being caught using a smart phone. He is a very cruel, sick twisted man. He charges $500 a month and gives them baris cad and beatings.

So what, he was just paying blood money, or literally completely getting away with it? Surely Somalis are not that fucking pathetic that they would let a murderer go around killing multiple children.

Sad. I don't know why parents can't sit there child and talk to them rationally on their actions, instead of taking them back home to these religious institutions.

It's not in our culture to do that I guess. If you bring your kids up being scared of punishments you are going to mete out, and then suddenly they're a teenager who's not scared of you anymore, you can't just suddenly sit down for a chat. You have to have that relationship from childhood if it's going to be effective for the kids when their older children/teenagers.

I agree, good point. Rational and peaceful parenting needs to be done more often.

You gotta understand life is cheap in somalia. There is no such thing as post mortem. Then you got rampant curruption and mafia like mentality among the police and civil servants and leaders where your money talks and covers everything. I have a feeling he didnt even pay blood.money because the family was told he died of dibatee meaning natural causes. This is why we cant have a peaceful society. Whoever is above will abuse you.
