Hargeisa is the second capital of Somalia and the second largest city of Somalia after Mogadishu.

What's with all these years of people thinking Hargeisa is only for Landers.

I've met people from allover Somalia there

And many of them own land homes and business. And some were registered as citizens as they showed me their voter registration cards
