The biological difference between humans is so small that cant possibly the case. Infact the corona virus infected Germans.

See the chart above, Europeans are intermediate in susceptibility. Arabs and Africans probably the lowest. Still does not negate what I said.
And how are you so sure it is a European German and not an Asian German. Germany is a multiracial country. That lady who died from Covid-19 in France was a ethnic Chinese. Also, so far not a single non-Asian has died from it.
Show me a non-East-Asian case who died from it, you won't find it.
I'm extremely skeptical that any disease that can travel from animals to man impacts only one arbitrary ethnic group.

Humans are similar, but in certain regions of the genome the difference can be stark due to selective pressures and drift. This is caused by when humans were still hunter-gatherers and isolated from each other.
The receptor Covid-19 targets is one of them. It is definitely more susceptible to East Asians. My prediction for 2020, it won't infect Africans in high numbers like it did to China.
I'm no biologist so I guess we will see. Skeptical but open minded.
4 Iranians have died from the virus in Iran. They don't know how it got there because they can't trace any of the cases to China.
