Only Allah can save Somalia. I’m skeptical.
Wad saxsan tahay Laakiin Allah (swt) says in the Quran he does not change the condition of a people unless the people change themselves. It's Quite easy for a person who lives in the west comfortably to say "when will Somalia get better" who on God's green earth are you waiting for Shisheeye? Somali politicians? Why don't you be the change you want to see.

I recall someone saying "dal walba dadkiisa aya dhisa" how can I complain about the condition of somalia if I'm not even doing anything to change it. Now I'm not saying you should build a hospital or construct roads but do whatever you are able to do to bring some form of change to the country, whether it be passing on your knowledge, creating jobs (if you are able to) where you would employ at minimum 1 or 2 people or just help a single person who is struggling.

Yes, I was actually going to quote that, but forgot the exact words.

As for helping rebuild the country, I am just one person. I cannot change everything, and I have seen what happens when people go to Somalia with the wish to change it: they lose their lives. So, I’ve weighted the pros and cons and decided that I’d rather use my energy to help those around me in my backyard; uplift those in my own community. I believe that a lot of people think like me, but want to remain PC and scream “nabad iyo nolool” and tell everyone that they want to go back and rebuild the country. Well, why haven’t you? Why are you still living “comfortably in the west” so to speak? Somalis love to talk, but can’t walk the walk. Either you go back to Somalia and invest in it, or live and stay in the West. You can’t have it both ways

The West is an amazing place to live, far better than any Muslim country. The only shit thing is Ramadan here and the weather.

And let's be honest, gaalos treat Muslims better than Muslims treat each other. "Muh Ummah" is a meme

It’s not the gaalos but rather the laws. Gaalada wahay ka baaqan shariiga, so they won’t act up as much. But everything about Ramadan, and the weather is spot on.
