Don’t say RIP for a kaffir who died. In Islam, once a kaffir dies, it’s haram to ask Allahs forgiveness for them. The prophet couldn’t ask Allahs forgiveness for his Uncle who died so what makes you think you could say RIP? But at the same time don’t insult them.
