How do you ladies take care of your hair? If it's a little harder what are some tricks you use to get the desired texture/volume you want??

Just asking for a friend. Shampoo 3 times a week + Conditioner every day with some oil works fine for me

I try not to comb my hair when it's dry. I like using leave in conditioner to soften it and make it easier to comb. I also like dousing my hair in oil the night before I wash it. I feel like it helps. I'm not too sure though.

i don’t overdo the conditioner cause my hair gets super big and shrinks up
just a shit ton of olive oil and it keeps it down to regular length and keeps it growing
also if the shampoo has sulfates, ditch it
if the conditioner has silicones, dutch it
overall also ditch parabens

You’re overdoing the shampooing. 3x is far too much. That will cause your hair to dry out.

This is so disrespectful a MAN making a thread on here???
Anyways I comb my hair when it’s wet. I use a bristle brush but my hair texture suits it. Coconut oil and boom braid it and go to bed. Keep that routine up, Dont over shampoo it’ll make your hair dry and brittle

I made it for someone who was too shy to post one here. I noticed if I don't shampoo 3 times I get more dandruff

Try using a dandruff-free shampoo. It actually helps.
