Awdal reserve of Somalia dheh. Galmudug Reserve of Somalia. This will be big portfolio with good funding @Abdalla as the number of genuine states will be small. Awdal isn't militarily significant, it's possibly 500 soldiers Maximum, even their foe Habar awal cannot pack more then 1000. HJ is around 500 soldiers. HY is different though. 1 base in Burco and half a base in sanaag. DDSI they score easily a base. There 2.5 bases.
Thats why Habar awal needed it's 1000 men along with HJ 500 men and Awdal 500 men to combine against HY 2500 soldiers last time is my guess. Ican tell when a clan is populated by the number of 'bases' they have. Samaroon stands no chance to defend itself, even Habar awal can't unless u form a 'coalition' against HY.
Forget Puntland your talking 13 bases all together. Just my sub-clan Osman Mahmoud can handle all Habar awal. Somaliland are living in FAIRY LAND. CIA knows the fact, they 'inspect' bases of clans.

If you could not form a working adminstration before the FGS formed...you are stuck with the state you have. Work within it because clearly you have shown a demonstrated lack of ability to work without it.

The whole awdal doesn’t even qualify as a gobols. It was made in the 1980s by siad barre and will be whipped out when Somaliland comes to the table to form the new constitution. There will be states and they will decide the degmo or we will go to 1960 gobols.

The only time I see somaliland coming to the table is if somalia discovers large quantitie of hydrocarbons in its 200 mile exclusive economic zone.
