I need advise on two thing.
- I have hemorrhoids and it's a real pain in the ass (Pun intended)
- There is this fat chick that keeps flirting with me in school. How can i kindly reject her.

A common thing most people confuse with hemorrhoids is a varicose vein in the rectum, the part just inside your anus, it's normal and will shrink with time, you can never be too sure though so it's still good to check out a docI need advise on two thing.
