China runs Africa like the mafia. They give you loans and when you can't repay it they take over your key infrastructure and institutions.
They also only hire their own people and it is a way to get rid of some of their excess male population.
I read in the contracts they make the countries hire 70% of the workers from CHINA that means no money is going back to the community. The chinese just remit money back and don't buy from local stores anyway, I'm pretty sure they are exempt from local taxes aswell they are robbing them.
