Which haplogroups did they receive? That’s quite amazing that we are starting to know so much about our ancestors instead of guesses and thoughts.

If Haplogroup a is basal and the oldest one why did most of it’s haplotypes not participate in the out of Africa migration? Why did only BT make it? Especially when in itself it is also and subclade of a2-t who is a basal subclade of Haplogroup a? It does not make any sense

Human populations were extremely tiny back then. Maybe only CT populations lived in the Horn region back then and A and B are more from the interior.

Haplogroup A is not really a conventional haplogroup. It only really means everything except B-through-T. Some As (like A1b1) are closer to BT than the other As (like A00). Browse through yfull.com to get a grasp of the tree.

So a small geographically enclosed population with Haplogroup BT left alone to the Fertile Crescent without other populations joining? Where did BT live if A is from central Africa? How can A not be a real Haplogroup when it’s descended from the same ancestor who is basically the father of all patriarchal lineages throughout the world? Did these ancient lineages share the same or similar facial feautures with Madows?

Ps last question thanks for the help much appreciated

It is CT that were proto-OOA, not BT. All those super ancient lineages are generally from the area between Botswana and Ethiopia.

About A, it is not a conventional haplogroup, but a left-over group. With other haplogroups you can be assured that they are always closer to each other than to the other letters. A is the only exception where this is not the case.

Here's hoping he at least worshiped a Abrahamic religion. Him worshipping pagan mecca gods is too much of a L for me to handle. :ivers:

3000 ybp nobody was following Abrahamic religions. Even the Jews had two gods, El and Yahweh.

Waaq is still the word for God in Af Maay Maay it was only one god sxb.

Allah and El both mean "The God" in Arabic and Hebrew, respectively. They still had a pantheon of minor gods and goddesses.

Zoroastrians were the first monotheistic religion group and worshipped Ahura Mazda as their chief god, but even they worshipped minor gods and spirits.
