By then you missed out as women secured the market already and all your potential options are married
I'm not old. I want to get married between 24-26, I'd have graduated and be working for some time.
Most decent and successful/educated guys don't consider 24-26 old.

Ahaha Then they start to complain about there is no good somali men :ftw9nwa:
Then they got no option but an ass eater and gangbanger
:faysalwtf:Are you referring to yourself?

So what age range do successful guys look for then? I need to know what to target in the future inshallah

I get what you mean, I mean I wouldn’t get married without being stable so I would “look at guys” before then and get married then.

Young millennials ones probably go for their age and around. If they’re like 27, they’d probably not go for under 23. Usually have less kids on average aswell

Ironically my super duper religious mum keeps asking me if I met a 'decent' guy to marry. She keeps telling me that I am 19 and that when she was my age she used to shukaansi all guys in the town. I told her that shukaansi was haram. She told me that it is not haram if you don't elope together and is only on the basis of getting to know each other What do you guys think, is shukaansi haram?
Where you from

It depends on what kind of shukaansi we are talking about. Imma be honest there a some xaraam elements in the usual Somali shukaansi such as:

1. Meeting a man/woman alone
2. Talking to a man without the wali's knowledge

:jaynerd:I'm not a religious person but I wouldnt do shukaansi. Too much hool for me. Lol.

If you want to provide for me, I could be a decent husband. I maybe disabled in some parts, but I know how to charm a women. Plus we arnt gonna share my diability check, my money is mine. Your money is ours. I am Software Engineer, So when I start working again. We could share my money, but only if you get pregnant. I want only girls tho, I dont trust my genes to give me able sons. I know the boys will have the same disability as me.

Send me picture of you, I would send a picture of me. As you see, I am desperate for a women. Any women, even if you are Darood, I would hesitantly accept you.

Can you quote the hadith or verse in the quran which prohibits dating for marriage? Or atleast give us a fatwa reference to validate your argument?
Did the Prophets allow their daughters to be approached for shukaansi?

Westernised folks trying to justify their choices with deen

What are you doing here? Internet is xaaraam. Especialy when you are in a forum full of boys/girls talking sh!t.

Islam is simple dont make it complicated.
The religion is easy, beautiful and simply perfect. Why make things hard? The Qur’an reads: “Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship.” (Qur’an, 2:185)
Unfortunately some Muslims are under the misconception that the more stringent they are in following religion, the more pious they become. This is totally in contradiction to what our religion teaches us. The misconception is a result of lack of understanding of religion and at times drives some people away from religion, mainly because of the way it is presented to them.
So stop WITH this SEEF LA BOODka.
Shukaansi is xalaal if you are in public place and not touching each other and not talking sexual things.
