Are Somali-Yemenis Somalis?

fundamentally you cannot be a somali without a somali tribe. tribes are are branches that leads to somalinimo. I highly doubt a somali with a Yemeni mom would be considered a Yemeni in Yemen. Lets not allow people what they wouldn't allow us. They should maybe, possibly be given a citizenship but still shouldnt have the same rights as us. I would even go as far as having two different passports? one for somalis and another for non somalis who live amongst us.

No. The only Somalis that are considered mixed are the ones with Somali fathers.
