Somali unity is dead because Somalis are uncivilized creatures that can’t work together for a better futur. You guys only fight about the past as if we built big stuff or have the best history. On the contrary we should learn from our failure and build something new. Djibouti and Somaliland are not Singapour so there’s no point fighting. Every Somali region has beauty and also issues. This new generation of Somalis born in the west was supposed to learn new things be better and improve things. I mean even if we don’t go back we should be a solid group in the west. But I guess hate is in our DNA. Disappointing.

There are no simple trade-offs in the real world, which makes the question pointless. As @Arma said, Israel is no different from any other country in the West.

No for simply two reasons

1. No country should ever rely on a another country for their affairs. Somalia should become peaceful on its own terms. Israel has enough supporters as it is.

2. What are the odds they will use this against us? Once Israel finds out that Somalia is only peaceful because of them, they will use it against us in the future. There is no such thing as 'allies' after all.

Nah Wallahi bare people know Somaliland. The University of Bristol. Bristol is my city. Has a programme called the Somali society with people from Somalia Somaliland and Djibouti all together but from different countries.
