An Aztec living prior to Colombus is way different than a British person.
The Aztec lived and died without ever having heard of Islam or having seen a Muslim.
A British person who hears about Islam and rejects it is way different. If the British person never meets a Muslim and only hears "Islam is a death cult that teaches killing infidels"- I accept that it may be questionable. But if that British person meets one single Muslim who accurately explains Islam, then that British person is accountable. And all the British person has to do is use Google and they can order books on Islam for their phone. An Aztec living prior to Columbus couldn't just go on YouTube or have Amazon.com ship books on Islam to him.
