We all know whose arms would be better off in a cast than enabling the posting of such xaar.
Shedding the hijab won't protect you from racist or Islamophobic attacks, don't be silly. Ask Sikhs. Racists will always see you as different so stop appeasing them and rep who you are. This may garner real respect instead of being perceived as a spineless weasel.
BTW, Somali women are raising Islamic awareness with their dress in the west. They are in effect silent callers to Islam. Mashallah. They have my sympathy for their resilience and insisting to be themselves
