I'm assuming most are just detached villas or above stores?
Where do they mostly congregate or is it spread out around the city?
Is there any appetite for conventional office space?
Not talking about dense high rises that are great practice targets for Al Shabaab...
Referring to commercial districts somewhat similar to industrial zones bit for office.
