Yeah, InshaAllah it's never too late. To echo what @NotMyL said, my organic chemistry lab partner in undergrad was a 46 year old guy who was married with 4 kids and wanted to change careers from business to dentistry of all things. He ended up getting into dentistry

No average person nowadays has 5 career changes in their lifetime but make sure its worth the investment.

Probably not a major career change but a low level one like working a movie theater to McDonalds type change, rarely anyone is going from software engineering to being a doctor or from being a lawyer to being a electrical engineer, those career changes happen early on and are low level, (think back to the career changes you made as a worker when you were 14 and just getting into the workforce)
