I'll give you sisters the best advise, it is to marry a sheikh.
You know why? You don't have to work a penny, they will pay for everything. Sheikhs are very wealthy, you see them travelling all over the world taking part in conferences. They will spoil you with gold, clothes, makeup and money to stay home and be a obident wife. They will even take you on family holidays together. You will get free visits to saudia Arabia and visit mecca and Medina.

Don't you think that's the best life?

Imagine choosing to be a housewife than doing something productive with ur life.

How are housewives not doing something productive with their life. They raise children and work hard for their family. Do you think that raising children is a walk in the park? We all have different ideas of the life we want to live and there's no need to shame anyone for theirs.

I think you're on to something here. I think itd be best to be the 3rd wife tho. Youd have to sleep w him less. The 2nd is dramatic cause youre a statement and all eyes are on you. The 4th will get the most attention yea but that means you have to be around him waaay more but if youre the 3rd you get the money without having to spend too much quality time with him. The 1st was with him during his broke times. No thank you.

But wouldn't you want to spend your 20s living for yourself than for others.

Spend this time being independent rather than have people constantly depending on you or you depending on someone.

Everyone has a career or goal they want to do/achieve. Maybe travelling with your friends or yourself. Discover you before jumping into a marriage, we aint in no rush. Thats what I mean by productive.

Even if you do choose to be housewife. You should think about the possiblity of divorce because the rate of it keeps rising. Its around 40-50% now.

We are all entitled to are own opinion at the end of the day

I see your point but lets look at it from another angle.

I think being a housewife isnt for everyone but lets not glorify having a career and let that be how we value a person. People have careers because they have to put food on the table and need to be independent and enter certain fields because of the respect attached to it along with power and money. Not because of some deeper purpose. Yes some work is meaningful because it allows you to give back to the people (or does it boil down to respect and authority as mentioned earlier who knows). But for your average citizen a job is a job and your impact is not felt on a day to day basis. This is capitalistic societies trying to make us think going to work is something deeper than it is. Waa sheeko. Dont attack housewives for not taking part in this.

The deeper purpose is gaining self satisfaction and new skills/knowledge/views you never thought you could have/see. Even in low paying jobs you can pick up and unlikely skill

But lets not glorify being a housewife too.

Looking after children is essential for the early years of their life after that they spend most of their time at school and this where the rest of their necessary socialization happens.

More likely to be depressed due to loneliness, the constant asking for money because she doesnt have her own (dont know how one wont feel guilty).

Lack of independence and the likelihood of being submissive rather than be equal.

Overall there is no deep purpose to being housewife and I dont see any benefit from it.

By the way, Sheikh husband will not let u use Make up !

And also, the sex is obligatory, not leisurely. U have to put it in the calendar schedule.

and he will whip u like a horse if u dont lay down the right position during sex, because u r a maaskiina possession in his eyes. He assumes u dont know what is good for your own body.

You forgot to mention that they already have a wife or 2 . Sheikh also have a lot of groupie fan girls eager to become the 3rd or 4th wife :bell:

To be honest most Somali men are quite generous , they’ll pay for all your expenses , holidays , clothes etc
