Second growth spurt?

Is it possible to go through a second growth spurt?

I was pretty late on puberty hit around 16-17 and i was around 5'4 (160cm) when i was 16 now im 18 and around 182 6ft.
Now im feeling the same sensation and pain in my knees and joints identical to when i was going through my first.

Just bought a 580dollar jacket a month ago aswell:kendrickcry:

I know you can grow till your like 21 but what about a growth spurt?
Multiple inches in a span of 3 months to the point where your joints hurt like shit, and you wake up with a euphoric feeling in your knees.

Sxb you can continue growing until you are 30, if you consume diary and meat. Guarantee. Im currently 21yr and 6'8. 3 years ago at 18 i was 6'5, 3 more years i aim to be 7'.

There are cases of people growing in their 30's, but most of the time it is due to some condition like acromegaly.

But science is not cut and dry, anything is possible.

It's possible. I hit a second growth spurt when I was 19 - 20. I was 6'3 (191cm) at the time. Now I'm 23 and 6'6 (199cm).

Thanks for the advice. I will avoid milk and meat like the plague. I refuse to be that one girl wearing men’s size 13 Nikes.
