Farmaajo needs to fund traditional sunni scholars and ban wahhabi books. The government needs to encourage translations of Classical sunni texts and texts on tassawuf to get rid of wahhabi influences in somali laymen.

Your using the wron lingo here. There are madkhalis and the salafi scholars who are the traditional Sunni scholars. The madkhalis lyingly claim to be slaafi but in reality they are similar to Shia or sufis.
