Listen, that’s besides the point....what do you get in a total grocery shopping. (When fridge is empty)

What type of meals are you thinking of? Do you like salads? Smoothies? you go to the grocery store with meals in mind, you don’t just go. Some of the things I get weekly include spinach(you can make smoothies with it, add to your eggs in the morning, use it as salad, toss it in your veggie wrap, etc you get the point?) fruits Apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries, blueberries or any of your favorite fruits it’s best to snack on fruits. Yogurt( I buy the plain ones, less calories, you can use your fruits for toppings) I like to snack on hummus so I make sure to grab one every time. Skip the frozen veggies, get the fresh broccoli, asparagus, carrots, mushrooms, you can have those as side for almost every meal. Come up with meal ideas and make a list before making the trip, it’s easy to get lost in there and grab things you don’t need.

I love smoothies, let me know if you want my recipe for the best green smoothie(I make it at least 4x a week) and I cut back on coffee, I now only drink it when I haven’t had a good sleep and need something to wake me up.

I love smoothies, let me know if you want my recipe for the best green smoothie(I make it at least 4x a week) and I cut back on coffee, I now only drink it when I haven’t had a good sleep and need something to wake me up.

Haaye you have to give me credit every time you make it.
Goji berries(1tbs)
Spinach(1.5 cups)
Banana(1)
Strawberry(4-6 depended on the size)
Blueberry(1/3 cup I like mine to taste like blueberries)
Chia seeds(1tsp)
Almond butter(2tsp)
Almond milk-(1/2 cup, add more if you like yours more liquid, if you don’t like almond milk substitute for orange juice but almond milk is better imo)

Btw use ice if you are not using frozen fruits. Let me know how you like it, I have a lot of recipes for good smoothies I kinda live off them since most of the time I’m too lazy to make real food lol

I’m scratching my head...”spinach 1.5 cups”...do I deposit the leaves onto a cup ?
