It's not racist. The victim apparently pointed the police to him because he thought he was similar to the black man that was involved.

Tasers are still in use. I thought they got banned since that fateful death of a young adult.

It's inexcusable for an innocent person to be treated in that fashion, especially in public, just because some fool was incapable of correctly identifying their assailant. Aiming a weapon at him while someone else handcuffs him while he is being completely compliant and is incapable of harming anyone is absurd. Then sending in sirens and more police after the fact makes it worse. What sheer and utter incompetence.

He needs to sue
