Any guys who grew out their hair?

I grew out my hair like 2 or 3 years ago and after a while it came out kind of dry. I need advice

Max I grow mine is 6 months, after that it's a hassle to take care of

I’ve been growing my hair for about a year
I have long 3b-3c hair but it used to be dry before I learned about moisturizing my hair it looks sum like this

I’m trying to grow it some more until I can put it in a loose bun

Use moisturizer like Cantu every few days so your hair is never dry

Also use a satin pillow case or wear a durag so you don’t rawdog your pillow becuase you loose moisture like that too

I haven't cut my hair in about 3 months now, . I am going to try it out for the next couple of months and then cut it short again at the 6 month mark.

Tbh, my hair grows back quick but stops once it hits a certain point. So I cut it every two weeks but I would have to liked to have had bigger hair. It's just too Madow

Do you only cut the sides or grow everything cuz I have 3b-3c hair too.

Nah I get a taper fade if I grew everything it would look bad for the first year and I could wait that long looking rough
