Is Somaliland a ramshackle pseudo-state?

Isaaqland is what it is.
It's a tribal state for the Isaaq tribe of Somal which is why it's concentrated in certain areas to the west of what it claims. But it's also a functioning state for those in the Burco-Berbera-Hargeisa vicinity so we must give credit where it's due. A pseudo state is an accurate description yes.
If they are so functioning, why are they interfering in galgala and sending Isaaq foot soldiers to disturb PL? I never see Djibouti which is a TRUE functioning state, going around disturbing others. Maybe the saying of my awoowe comes to play. 'AAN ANAGA NABAD KALA HELNO SI AY DERISKEENU NABAD NAGA HELAN'. Translation is simple. Let our clan be at peace so we are at peace with our neighbors.
The meaning behind it is, if we are not at peace, our problems will spill over to our neighbors. This is exactly what you see in SL, they're shit spilling over into GALGALA to disturb PL. I never see PL involved in Burco-Hargeisa-Berbera-Awdal lakin recently we found these niggas hiding in our mountains some gadabursi and habar yonis. Like wtf are u doing here duli yahow, I tell them go back home and make peace with each other so u become like Djibouti and have no need to disturb me.
Plus the level of service delivery in Hargeisa is non-existant. The only thing I can commend them on is PEACE in some areas but it's not RELIABLE PEACE, it's fragile type of peace that can break down any given moment. nothing more nothing less
The head of Al Shabaab in Galgala is from Somaliland but even if they supported him that wouldn't make them any less of a state.

Somaliland is a de facto state that claimed independence from the Somali Democratic Republic in May 18th, 1991. It is established on the grounds of the former Republic of Somaliland that gained independence from the British Empire in June 28th 1960. Varies different Somali clans are native to Somaliland such as Dir (Gadabuursi, Isaaq, and Issa) and Darood (Warsengeli, Dhulo's). Minority clans such as Yibir are also present in the state.
All of these clans agreed to be apart of Somaliland in the early 90's. Puntland is only claiming the lands of the Warsangeli and Dhulo's on the basis of tribal unification. They (Warsangeli and Dhulo's) are members of the de facto state of Somaliland for the foreseeable future.
