It's surprising how many men seem to think that women don't find men physically attractive. Your wife has as much of a right in you making yourself attractive for her as you do in her making herself attractive for you. Can't expect wifey to be a 10/10 when you're a -2 with a belly, bidar, and bad breath.
Moral of the story, ask your lady what she likes, go the gym regularly, throw down when you come home from work, and make your Somali wifey feel loved and desired lol

btw, I am not demonizing sex. According to Islam, it is GOOD. Something Muslims are encouraged to enjoy as they please according to the Quran. It just has to be the responsible way(commitment).

if barebacking makes women less depressed why are married women some of the most depressed people assuming their husbands are rawdogging them.
Who can say what is the cause of their depression for certainty without personally talking to them? Who also can assume only sex is what makes a married woman happy? I mean, ask yourself, is marriage only about having sex when you want it? Sex is only part of the calculus in a life of partnership. We are social animals and require many things outside a quickie.
The married women may not also be getting good sex. Some of them cheat for that reason. It could be many things. We can speculate but we would never know the exact cause of someone's issues unless we are privy to their personal story.
