Ahmed Gurey and Sayid Mohamed Abdullah Hassan Monuments Return Home

Sayyid Abdulle Xassan is a very controversial figure. He was good for fighting the British colonizers but he was a brutal genocider very similar to Alshabab killing many innocents that didn't listen to his commands.

There should be no statue imposed on to people. Every region should make that decision themselves & choose there heros.

Only true heroes of somalia should have monuments.

Like ahmed guray and iman nuur.

Both great leaders that led the bulk of the somali people.

Btw everyone knows that iman nuur inherited the kingdom of ahmed guray, amiir nuur was the nephew of ahmed guray.

And no one disputes that iman nuur was marehan. I ask you this question since when would another qabil inherit a kingdom?

The only logical conclusion is ahmed guray is marehan. Since his nephew iman nuur was marehan.

he did not lose against Portugal, he killed vesga de gama and all his 4000 man and Ethiopian king lalabele, he also killed him, but he died in abttle and his sisters son took over, amiir nuur,

ahmed gurey was Abaskuul Jidwaq Absame, Older brother of Ogaden, his sisters son was amiir nuur who was marehan, he took 75% of ethiopia and forced them to not cook their meat, hence why they eat raw meat to this day

haile selalsi said we see what ahmed gurey did in early 1500s like it was yesterday,

a lot of BS kids in here who dont know shyt, saying he was lost to Ethiopians and Portuguese when he killed Ethiopian king and Portuguese commander,

the pope sent the Portuguese after Ethiopia cried to him, the Ottomans sent only 9 janasaries to teach us how to make guns

fun fact, ottomans took eriteria and we left ethiopia with no sea link till they got it back after the Italians took it in 1893 eriteria was given back to ethiopia in 1953 and then lost it in again in 1993

in fact ethiopia under Menelik rose from a small axmaara region to today's ethiopia from 1870s only due to massive Russian and British and american and french support in the late 1800s with weapon and skills,

even when the Ethiopians were fighting the Italians, Ethiopian armies were commanded by Russian generals and russian weapons as they were orthodox both countries,

ethiopia has never beaten us in the grand staregy of suing foreigners allies until the weakness and fall of Islamic empires, siad barre should have taken that into account in 1977

the Sayid karbashed ethiopia 4 times, the average habashi against a somali with same weapons is no match, we are willing to die, their soldiers are made of slaves and servile shoes less feudal serves, we always beat them except when they used powerful western empires in the 20th century something we failed to do, they played grand staregy, we focused on tactics in the battle field,

we pushed ethiopians in 1977 all the way back to Harar with 40,000 man vs their 300,000 man but again played grand strategy and were saved by Cuban and north Yemenis, and Libyans and Russians/soviets,

a lot of BS silly uneducated kids

and this oromo called Abel, why do you booty lick for ahmaara who banned oromo language and culture and forced you to learn ahmaaric and forced you into servile and converted you from pagans into jesus worshippers, you are oromo, right? why don you stand and be proud of your oromo heritage

when haile selasi said give me somalia to the British, they said oh stop it, these people are the family of the Sayidka, they will eat you alive, you dont know somalis?

Ok so we all know without question that iman nuur the nephew of ahmed guray was marehan and inherited his kingdom.

I ask you this question why would marehan inherit ahmed guray kingdom? Since when are kingdoms inherited by another qabil?

The only logical reason is both ahmed guray and iman nuur are of the same qabil marehan.

He was the son of the Imams sister. The Imams widow announced she would marry the man that killed the imams killers and Nuur Mujahid was the one to do it.

Timo Jareer and proud

2nd Emir of the Akh Right Movement
are they fucking retarded why build them in Mogadishu? It gets bombed nearly daily for god's sake! Al Shabab will instant suicide bomb them because Ahmed was Shaf'ri and Sayiid Sufi.

you sure in the 1500's that a woman could decide who inherits a kingdom?

it just does not make any sense, why would imam nuur(marehan) and also the nephew of ahmed guray inherit his kingdom if they are not from the same tol.

It’s what is recorded. Technically neither were the actual Kings, Ahmed Gurey placed someone from the Walashma Dynasty as a puppet King. Although they were the defacto rulers of their time.

This isnt proof show me a document or Farmaajo saying I will give you 4 seaporta Ethiopia.
i love how you play dumb like this,
somalia and ethiopia did a joint investment of 4 ports.
ethiopia wanted a navy yet it's landlocked nation. now where do think there going to build those navy bases?....

not really,

Considered a saint from Harar, Mujahid was called the Sahib al-Fath al-Thani, or "Master of the Second Conquest". When Imam Ahmad, who had led the Muslim conquest of the Ethiopian Highlands, was killed in 1543, the Muslim forces fell back in confusion to Harar. Nur, the dead leader’s sister’s son, married Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Ghazi's firebrand widow, Bati del Wambara, and undertook to renew the fortunes of the Muslim city, which had been sacked in 1550. Promoted to Emir around 1550-51, he spent the next two years reorganizing his forces, and constructing the defensive wall which still surrounds the city.[2]

perhaps he was the most able lilitary commander, he still submiited to the sultan who was sultan of adali state kingdom, nur was just a ruler or emir of one of the constelaltions of the kingdom, Harar,

the royal leaderhsip stayed with ahmeds family, but mlitary commanding was left to nuur, he was very effective as he even killed another ethiopian king, and fought off the oromo and ahmaar very well, so perhaps he was pciked on merit as they knew he was very good at war,
