Actually, the Turkish army are going after Kurdish terrorists organisations who are forcing women and children to join their ranks.
The PKK are largely Marxist atheists and the territory they took with the Coalition's support has a Turkmen/Arab/Assyrian plurality. Painting it as Kurdish territory is dishonest.
Allow me to clear the smoke surrounding this topic.
The Turkish/Syrian operation was not a secret. Erdogan presented it during his speech at the UN general assembly.
The kurds he is fighting are connected with the PKK, a kurdish terrorist group. This is a matter of national security for turkey.
The kurds in northern Syria are the ones keeping ISIS in prison.
Some of the kurds and the majority of the turks are mortal enemies for centuries. Why trust your enemy to safe guard your border?
Now the kurds are leaving the ISIS prisons to fight the Turks. Now hundreds if not thousands of ISIS prisoners escaped.
Turkey wants to create a safe zone in northern Syria with the permission of Asad the president of Syria. And send 3.6 million Syrian refugees back home.
The man is literally fixing a bit of the northern part of Syria for them free of charge. So that they can return to their nation in peace.
Now the arab states have done way more evil than the average person knows about.
Look at Yemen, our nation, libya, Egypt they had part in the destruction of these states.
And they are the onces condemning this? Even with the support of asad himself they want to f*ck up Syria more than it is alread

As a country and people who know what kind of destabilizing effects rebels can have to a country if left alone, we stand with our Turkish brothers and will not be coerced to condemn them by arab states that have done nothing for us. Good move by the government.
