It's a major lose for kenya on what happened in kismaayo, the warlords in Somalia don't care about international laws but a country like kenya who wants a seat in the un security council. This is major step back. They have breached somali airspace and somalia has launched a formal complaint.

The case will go through I don't think it will be postponed again, which is why kenya is getting more and more desperate.

I hope you are right, but the fact the ICJ needs 10 days to deliberate on whether to delay again is worrying.

they delayed it last time because Kenya in a desperate attempt fired all of their lawyers, this time Kenya has no excuse and kenya previously asked for a longer extension which the ICJ refused.

if you listen to the kenyan debates they all agree on one thing, the way uhuru is conducting this case is an embarrassment for them and very amateurish. they all seem to praise the way the somali government is handling the case

Independence is out of the question at the moment, we agreed on a federalism system. Its what they all got elected on. Just trying to replace the state presidents goes against the system. That's what we are against boowe. We all agree Qoslaye and Co are useless.
