Taxes Are Absolutely Doing Me In

The British pound took a big hit recently. His wages in mid-2000s GBP value would place him solidly upper-class back then, but his country fucked up.

@Arma, if Brexit never happened, you could buy a lot of property in Somalia with the additional savings (since Somalia mainly uses USD).

I honesty wish, I was ten years older. Soo many of my colleagues tell me, how their wages used to be so nice......and have seen those wages, shrink year on year.

In Sha Allah, within the next 10-15 years, I hope to relocate with the family to Puntland, buy land, and open up a boat manufacturing company in Garacad. I was originally setting my eyes on the North coast of Bari, but, have realised that with the Garacad deep sea port, Garacad will be the place to be in all of Somaliweyn.

Apollo, have you ever been to the beaches over there (in the North)?

Are they clean?

The beaches near cities are sadly not clean. Lots of litter. But if you walk just a few miles outside of city perimeters they become clean.

UK beaches for the most part are absolute sh*te....that you would not want to swim in. Only some in the South coast are worthy to swim in.

I meant Somali/land/a.

Have you ever been to beaches along the SL territories, or places like Tadjoura in Djibouti?

I was trying to convince my folks to consider land, or property near the coast, but I wondered how it’s been affected by the dumping, and whether it’s clean/safe.

To he honest, I've never returned to Somalia, since leaving in the early 90s. However, I have been to numerous times to Kenya and Tanzania. I've got family who live in the coastal areas of those countries: Mombasa, Dar es Salaam.
The coast in those countries is soo beautiful with sandy beaches and blue shores.

This is just ridiculous. Brexit Britain is heading for the gutter. Should probably move to a tax free country.

Monaco here I come.

bro, can you register as an Ltd as use expenses to bring down those taxes, i brought down my NI when registered as Ltd consultant all the way down from 9% to less than 1%, sure you will be classed as self employed and means less pension but you can have a private pension set aside where you invest it yourself, but do it, use expenses, yes that Muppet George Osborn limited a lot of expenses on self employed people but still you save more, way more than paying taxes,

and yes, Uk is going down the gutter, with every pound of tax raised, they spend 1.4, when blair left we had 150 billion in debt, now its 2 trillion but in relaity its 6 trillion if yuo add all the unfunded liabilty,

here is a fun fact, for every pension we have 2.5 people working, it was 6 people back in the 1960s, meaning they can and will out vote you since there is a lot more of them baby boomers (those born between 1945 till 1964) and vote to rape you in taxes,

do the follwing:

message me if you want tips,

1) register as self employed if yuor company will allow

2) create passive income - take a property say in Manchester for 800, 900 rent per month and dd it on booking and airbnb .com then create cash flow, passive, give it to a management company, they will management all issues, a nice little sexy flat, the landlord gets peace of ind, you get massive rents, lets say you have 70% occupancy rate ( roughly 22 nights out of the 30 days a month) lets say Manchester or birmingham city centre and you charge 130£ per night for 22 nights, thats 2860 £ revenue, management company takes 12%, so you never touch the keys and no need to be there, you get cleaners run by management company, and if you make a 1k each month, just get 1 new property every 3 months, save it, by first year you have 4 -5 properties, dont eat money first year, then imagine making money from 5 rent to service accommodations each year, and its registered as Ltd and thus yuo save money on taxes, the fees, cleaners, bills, all expenses and each flat might need 2 to 3 grand to give it a lick of paint and nice sofa beds, sleep 5 people in it and out compete the hotels charging 100£ per person hotels,

so now you have passive income and dont get raped by HMRC

if you want more tips on how to do this message me,

you can also take a 4/5 bed house and put up students, professionals by the room, so you get a house in north, cheap cities, for say 1k, 5 rooms at 400£ each room, 2k, 1 k to landlord, 1k left, say bills like expenses is 300, yuo are left with 700, but you do it again and again, lots of tired landlords specially since section 24 and 21 came into affect this summer, people want a cheap room, landlords want safe rent paid on time, you make a spread in between, or use it as hotel in airbnb,

get out of the rat race, massage me if you need tips bro,

i got my first rent to rent in Liverpool in 2015, i was making 450£ net each month for a property with 4 rooms i was paying rent of 550£ and bills of around 250, just rolled form there, so much experience,

i just went up north, Wolverhampton, wednesbury, Liverpool and just met landlords and pitch them, a target of 20 landlords in 1 weekend up north, 4 will say yes, do the math, this country has a massive housing shortage, use open rents, spareroom, etc to do research

target northern cities with universities, 160 unis in the Uk, close to city centre and train links, bus links, and you get happy customers, place fake ads on spare room for 1 week and see how many people call you, then use that to test various locations and demand,

and best thing, if you go out and meet landlords willing to help, and you dont want it because you get too many deals, package it up, go to a local property investors network meeting being held every other day/evening in almost all towns and sell it, its called deal sourcing, sell it for between 2-4 k to an investor with no time to go around meeting landlords as he works and he will make the money, so if he keeps the house even for just 3-6 months he will get back his investment, then you have cash and with a few of them sold, now you can go and get a few property of rent to rent or rent to service accommodations,

the British worship the NHS and property and football, and beer,

I would never vote for the Right. Although in heart, I'm a ultra-conservative, in the West, I'm a Liberal Lefty. You're right, the Right, only look out for their upper class buddies.

forget left or right, read my post i replied back, think like a man with value, and be smart with how you make money, the state doesn't care if your left or right, but how you earn it, if you work for income you are raped, if you create value as self employed you pay waay waay less tax, massage me if you need advice on what i wrote down for you ,

A lot of my colleagues have registered themselves as a Ltd. Maybe that's something I too should look into doing. I'm not good with taxes and numbers. Before, I used to get my wife to do my tax returns for me.

Indeed....the right and left, are two cheeks of the same bum. They dont care about the everyday people, out there earning a living for their families.

Let me know if you are starting any ventures or know of any to invest in Puntland, as I am also planning on moving back within the next 5 years Insha Allah.

Already started buying plots of land in Garowe, and now plan on expanding into other cities. I think small coastal towns like Xaafun are a good place for future investment.

Well, you've already done better than me, since you've gone out and bought land back home. Don't you have any contacts? That you could get into business with? What kind of business are you looking to open up?

Those coastal towns on the Indian Ocean and the north coast of Bari, have a lot of potential. It's just about building up access to those small towns and villages, dotted along our beautiful coast.

Masha'Allah, we're very blessed to have such a long and beautiful coast. We've got to make the most of it.

dont get the wife to do, pay someone 20 quid a week to save you hundreds or thousands each month, pay a professional bro, dont be half hearted,

i am ruthless, i am allergic to taxes and believe you should legally avoid paying as much as possible, legally, they will use it to kill innocent people around the world anyways,

i dont want them to care about or care for me, just lower my taxes and regulations so i can keep as much of my hard sweat gained earnings, screw their care and love, just need the state to get off my back and their socialist tax tax tax mentality,

I have a lot of contacts and family back home. But you can always get some new information form unlikely/ new places which is why I asked.

There are a lot of incredible business opportunities back home. Some of the opportunities there are incredible, but it needs time and patience. The people and culture over there takes time to get used to.

We are blessed indeed, and we should do something with this blessing.
