The land wasn't populated by modern day Somalians. Well not the North anyways as 'las geel' shows the area of the north and north east was fertile, rivers, etc. We still see the 'tog' and riverbeds in Nugaal and Bari till today. If we drained Shabelle river, we could prove a 'tog' would develop. The people who lived here were 'early puntites' people who traded with pharoahs, but after the climate change on the fertile land, they must of left and migrated elsewhere like anyone would if you lose your primary profession. The reason I say we are not the same people, those egyptian photo lack showing 'sheeps, camels, goats' all symbolic to our culture. They were taking weird 'farming culture stuff' over there. Land is populated, migrated, repopulated.

Noone stays in the same corner in the same part of the earth for a long period of time, it's unfeasible to think that as there are so many fundamentals of nature, wars, or diseases or conquests that drive people out or make people 'convert' to a new culture or religion. Our modern Somali presence is only known from the 15th century in FUTUH AL HABASH, that is a modern day text from the empires who controlled the world at the time.

They the arabs are to us what the romans and greeks are to western europe. It's where we source our knowledge externally about ourselves. The 'term' Somali never existed before 1960. We can prove how people migrated to oman and they're name were the clan names like 'ali salemaan' we got videos to show u. You are good little puppet for us in the south, u actually bought into the SOMALI being an ancestor when it's nothing more then a tongue of communication. It's like saying english is an ancestor when it's not. Early Puntites were 'cow worshippers' yes dare I say it, very similar to HINDUS, maybe they were influenced by HINDUS who knows thru trade. They are clearly bowing to a cow. Cow story is well known in the quran and bible of ancient israel also. Weird when u got cow paintings on the wall and religious text saying the same thing across the world. But at that time there was no prophet sent to them, mohamed wasn't around and JEWS didn't reach here, that's why SHEBA people in ethiopia and yemen were worshipping suns and moons. Can't blame them the old generation, looma soo dirin nabi. But everything changed in the 7th century, u can see mosques that are dated to the time of the prophet, which proves someone quite important appear on the world stage.

It moves around, it’s talked about, it can negatively impact your health, but positively too, it’s contagiously and quickly spreads

I am not going to say Islam is true or false because that comes down to faith wallahi. But in the 7th century something happened and the world did change. Mosques started to dot the area of the red sea coast where the early muslims fled, these have been carbon dated the construction material and shows it's identical to the construction material of the period of the prophet. So there was no ISLAM before 7th century since a MOSQUE is one big architectural identifier, then all of a sudden MOSQUES start to appear out of nowhere, it's quite amazing if you ask me. Then after that ISLAM became the ruling empire, they controlled the trade links, that's why they settled the coastlines of many strategic countries including ours. That's who the benadiris are, they're descendants. They still want to ensure friendly allies on this coastal strip the ARAB, history doesn't change. They need to use the trade route to do business with they're markets and if it means coming thru u and your hostile territory, it can cause a problem economically. Which is why they're furious QATAR has picked up hawiye, we warned them, everyone picks up hawiye as an ally like menguistu did, at least abdillahi surrendered in the end, the USC/SNM never did. Hawiye don't have anything beyond the 1960 in reality, so they're up to 'swing n change' constantly, they got nothing to preserve in history be with themselves or others.

We Somalis lived barbarically in the interior up untill the 17th Century. You begin to see Somali influence now in the coastal areas, but not INITIALLY. Arabs needed the coast-line, it was ports for they're ships to dock and repair, rest, trade, etc. Ships can't continue on sail forever, they're needs to break points. Plus it was important they secured those coastal territories or else if you landed back in the coastal areas of an unfriendly nation or tribe, they would slaughter you. Why? you don't speak the same so communication would be impossible, you are not apart of any tribe or citizenry, noone knows you, your basically GOOD AS DEAD WALLAHI unless of course they had some 'religious morality' about them, but b22n don't, that's why we call em B22Ns

It's from Somalia. 1940 Era. My grandfather AGE buu ahaa ninkan. Same region in PL. Nugaal. Seeing my awoowe in his traditional attire and culture is critical to me to see what the f*ck am I doing wearing jeans and shirt, first signs of CONQUEST. Plus my awoowe was 'nabadoon' hence he had to carry a 'dagger' just like the man in the picture. But daggers were carried by all in PL as personal protection.

That was our 'reer miyi' clans. Our sultanates were graceful but in kingdom style. I am sure you seen Keenadiid potraits and Boqor Osman. I give credit where credit is due. Anigu dadka ma xasido walale. I know my lineeage wasn't truly royalty, but they were men of the land. And I praise them for at least trying to secure the boqortoyo thru 'war' and they were unsuccessful, they moved on and restarted in nugaal a new life away from BARI. There was none of this DIR who get kicked out and then returned again like happened in 'xeeraale' with some loser like kheyre coming and saving them. Noone saved our BAH Dubays. We helped ourselves and I am proud of that in them. I wish Somalis had the same mentality, hadi aadan dawlad ku guulaysan, mucurad lama noqdo, stop ball busting and being whiney , concentrate on other tasks for your children and descendants rather then sitting there trying to take someone down constantly.
