Interesting. Singapore likes to present itself as a racial utopia to the outside world, however after doing some research on the city-state its clear the Chinese majority(~70%) form the elite/wealthy class in Singapore.

It is in a way a diverse place , a sociaty built on tolerance, but the Chinese really are the stronger one here
All my professors are mainly Chinese and some are just foreigners
The cost of living here is expensive, to the point where I live outside the country, and travel every morning just to get to University
The poor lives in HDB and the rich lives in villas and houses, some expats can't afford own houses and HDB is hard to get for Non-Singaporeans
It is slowly changing.
