in the east Africa axis of Kenya Uganda Tanzania and Burundi its Kenya that dominates, all production comes from them and they have a stranglehold on the market, Ethiopia will be a tough competitor for us in the Cushitic market thats why we need to strangle them out by our ports and keep them truly landlocked, we need to also find a way into taking Kenyas stronghold on the eastafrican market also

Easy:

1. Form a blue water navy that can escort and protect shipping lanes
2. Heavy investment into ports and ship building
3. Better quality of port services than Kenya- i.e: if you use Somali ports instead of Kenyan ports then you'll get free repairs, or something to that extent.
