Puntland Can't Grow Without Banks Borrowing/Lending

This has just proven it. PL lacks any what-so-ever bank that deals with borrowing or lending. Dahabshil guy has said it, we will 'invest' into projects on a 50/50 partnership with anyone who proposes a project that is 'feasible' and 'profitable'. This is 'investment' banking, waa 'maal gelin' keliya ma aha 'borrowing and lending' what-so-ever. This will only ensure there is 1-2% at the top of society who have 'capital' and the rest are 'dirt poor'.

This will create a society of 1-2% capitalist while 90% are living in rental homes and beggers to diaspora remittance, charities, and NGO's because no-one is allowing these poor people to have access to money to build themselves up and in the process hire other poor people as workers so they can reduce un-employment in the state.

In the west they left this ancient system back in the dark-ages because it created 'capitalist' and 'peasant' society and why only a few were rich while the majority were poor, because they didn't believe in loaning money to money lending. Somalia is heading towards the same future, we are in dark-age europe. The peasants today are 90% Somalis you see who have no access to capital, so what do they do? They call they're relatives over-seas to send them money or they rely on NGO or charities to feed them.

Please someone legalizes money to money lending. The engine of the western economy is lending money not INVESTING money. Lending money ensures other people can become business people and employers, your creating basically more rich people and not limiting it to only 1% at the top.

I pray to God to free Puntland from this un-acceptable lack of banking system. The banking system PL has is primitive and is based on 'investing' only or the banks act like real-estate agent and purchases properties and makes you pay him back like 'renter' does lol on exorbitant rates.

There is a quranic verse everything 'lawful' in the event of 'hunger'. Here is the verse

Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than Allah. that which hath been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by being gored to death; that which hath been (partly) eaten by a wild animal; unless ye are able to slaughter it (in due form); that which is sacrificed on stone (altars); (forbidden) also is the division (of meat) by raffling with arrows: that is impiety. Let's tell the religious people the world today is based on borrowing/lending money and making money of money. If it's haram to do this, say the other only choice we have is poverty or hunger, since 90% of the people lack access to money. This can only mean he relies on remittance from overseas, charities, or NGO like you see in Somalia today. So Islam needs to update with the world today, due to the event of hunger which is real possibility if banks are not borrowing or lending to people to lift themselves out of poverty and reduce unemployment rates.

Europe way ka gudbeen nidaamkani mar hore, why not Islam? Europe was just like Somalia they had upper rich class who had capital and money like Somalia is now, and 90% were peasants renting land from rich capitalist. Today the engine of Europe and America is facilitating cash to poor people NOT INVESTING, most businesses are owned by poor people who went to the bank and got a loan and they paid back the loan within a time period agreed on contractual time period.

I don't think Riba is even Interest rates. Interest rate on money is collecting 'sicirka' suuqa ku kacayo sanad kasto iyo profit kor loogu daray sanad kasto. They measure the sicir and profit year by year and they measure your loan period how long it is because waxaa imaadi doono sicir year kasto aad loanka ku jirto so he has to recover that sicir rate so his money doesn't lose value in the market place, but at the same time he has to add profits year by year so he will charge u a margin year by year of profit.

But even if the understanding of RIBA is interest rate, well the other option you have is to STARVE, no-one is changing the economic landscape of the market place, aduunka is becoming globalized, you will either die or take RIBA. Quranka way aqbashay everything is basically halal in the event of starvation or death on a people.

The world economy has been designed by JEWS who are allowed to collect interest rate, that world economy we are apart of and we need to update ISLAM to catch up and play the same game or else we will end up in poverty and death. I think jews did this to ensure no-one can compete against them as they know your religions refuse RIBA, so this gives them an EDGE to wipe you out as an ummah by designing an economic system which they know you will not ENTERTAIN and therefore now all muslim countries are poor not using they're 90% peasant population to become enterpreneurs and business people like the western world is. At least umada christianka way tashteen and they opened up RIBBA so they're people can survive. Only muslims haven't and now we are the poorest people in the world.

Our islamic economy is less then one country like America or Japan. Ka waran hal wadan ayaa ka taajirsan islamka oo dhan, I know why this is. We are not borrowing/lending and lifting our people out of poverty and increasing our economic activity, we rely on 1-2% of the population to be our economic activity.
