There's no infrastructure for it, to hold such event.
Somaliland ability to host the Conifa World Cup didn't happen as 3 States said NO.
There's no leisure opportunities anywhere because people's mason focus is to feed/clothe & house themselves and their families. Once that's secured then people will go for leisure activities
But Berbera might be the only option if its not Djibouti there's not enough hotels for all the people tho
