Moroccan food has no salt at all wallahi. Their couscous texture feels weird, am I eating undeveloped rice? No thanks.


Somali food is the best. Wtf do they do know about sabayat, suqaar, Bariis iskudexkariis, malawax, bajiyo, macshaaro, xalwa, even cambuulo bangs, yes I said it.

I ate couscous at a Moroccan friends house many years ago, and the taste was not that memorable.

I agree, Moroccan cuisine is better than Somali cuisine.

I'm surprised that Egyptian food didn't make the cut for that guy's list, they also make great food.

Going by African standards, it's a lot better than the cuisines of the other African countries he listed, such as Ghanaian food e.g imo.

Why not just take a step back and think before replying to the guy's tweet. That's his preference and each and every one of us have different likes/dislikes.

Finally, there's no way of objectively establishing which country has the "best" food.

Nah Ethio and NA cusine should be top. Our cuisine is nice but nowhere near as developed or original as the others. We don't have a big variety of dishes either. There's a reason why Ethio restaurants are global and well know.
