BJJ and wrestling are actually the most save combat sports out there. Wrestling is also sunnah btw.

Kung fu and other striking sports like boxing are the ones that give you CTE bro. Stay away from that.
Yeah I did freestyle wrestling and little Greco Roman from high school up to university in which I didn’t make the wrestling squad in my second year and sorta just gave up on it.

Now I just wrestle with my cousin for fun at his school

I love how the US has school and university wrestling. You guys have so much opportunities to excel in sports. You don't even have to become a pro but having the base alone is great. I wish we had this shit here as well. How long before we have the first Somali pro MMA fighter?

I live in Canada and only certain high schools had wrestling. I went to an catholic school so I was lucky enough to have a wrestling program in which I joined.

You guys don’t have it in uni and high school in where your from?

Damn, even Canada has it.

We don't sadly. At least not in the North American way. I have to do all my training in my own hours and with my own money. Some schools and uni's do have it though, but those are special sport schools for high level talents and its mostly for football i.e. soccer talents.

I was talkin about years ago. If it aint meat it aint it. Fish, ari, ido, geel, chixken you name. But eat in my moderations( what you can afford)

Getting a body like that guy's would require 2-3 hours at the gym per day, raising questions about whether this person is employed or how he has so much free time.
It really doesn’t take 2-3 years. U just need to keep a good diet, follow a good training program and make sure you get enough rest. compound movements need to be your main tool for muscle building and machines secondary.
I achieved that except for the abs in 7 months.

Im mostly mesomorphic with above average frame. I could never ever look like @Libaaxseendheer even if I fucking ate 500 calories a day.

U could still gain weight and build decent amount of muscles even if youre a naturally skinny ectomorph.

If u as a man go to the gym atleast 3/4 times a week and u cant gain a single pound of muscles then its not because of your fucking race, its because u are a low T who should rope.

I actually wanna tryout for pro wrestling, but I should probably be prepared and get into shape before I try.
 
I have been lifting weights for the past two years and doing exercises such as pushups, situps, and pull-ups. I am physically bigger then the both of them. And will become even bigger in the coming years.
Body weight exercises > machines. According to reports u also get more testosterone from doing compound movements and body weight exercises than simple machines.
 
Other than for vain, who really cares about your body type? I have seen 130lbs guys destroying 200lbs guys. Being big and muscular won't help you in a street fight. Learning how to fight and be fit in general would. Better take some Somali lagdan and BJJ lessons is what I would opt for.

Word of advice.

You have chest development, which is good at such a low body fat.

However, Eat more calories and focus on training traps and arms. You will look much stronger/better.
