Somaliland clan have same culture so understands of eachother is simpler. 1 man or very few men lead a clan and any problem can be fixed. Wabar rebel, Caare rebel, SSC rebel all problems fixed through culture of elders. There was ìidoor with Barre two but they asked forgiveness like Riyale and Galaydh. Now all work for creating better life for their people. Garaad Abdiqani grand garad of dhulbahaante was against union of Somaliland and Somalia in 1960 and said let's wait and build own system first before unity. He was wise man but the majority disagreed and rushed union. Now we all see it's better we have our own country since our culture is the same
