Many people see signs of again as a threat to self-continuity, a pathological condition in need of correction, a disease that must be fixed even though it's a natural time-ordered and predictable part of life. Beauty is a big indicator of the social worth in these modern times.

Men aren't as valued for their beauty rather women are the ones who feel more pressure to retain their aesthetic over time but there has been an uptick in male plastic surgeries (more among gay men and Korean Idols).

Hypothetically, even if he looked like a ball of yarn with his current net worth he'd surely have women flocking. Which makes me think he could have some form of somatic narcissism by pursuing endless procedures to avoid the inevitable pull of gravity.

He injected fillings in his upper cheeks, he was aiming for youthful full cheeks. What he doesn't know is, full cheeks fillings is best suited for women. As a man, he needed to get forehead filling to lift his droop eye lips. The contortion is abysmal.

I think you’re underestimating the importance of looks in men, especially nowadays, and especially in show business. If the surgery was brought on by narcissism, he would’ve started on that path well before he aged. He was never a looker.
