What muscle group do you find the easiest to build?

Horners with huge calves and forearms tend to be obese or if they’re fit, they were previously obese before they slimmed down and it’s nothing but loose skin that doesn’t show those popped up chiseled muscles but a flat one.

You’ll never find one with sculptured and chiseled calves. Let alone the rest of the lower body and thick forearms, they’re cursed in our genes.

We are not similar to other Horners like the xabash. They have too much ancestry from other groups. Even their heads and facial features are too different

I went to France, and the few xabash I saw thought I was Senegalese or Gambian until they saw my face and hair, and they knew I was Somali. The other Somalis recognized me instantly. Even the Madowweyn Somali I saw

I was in Mudug, and the huge difference in how the xabash migrants looked was weird. The Somalis looked the opposite of the xabash in every trait, in height, skin. The reer Mudug were blacker than night and tall, and the xabash looked like Madow midget versions of the cadcad

We look so different, why do you expect us to have similar traits like the ones you mentioned? You never see much long necked xabash or squareheaded Somalis. And in East Africa the xabash are lightskin but the Somalis are blacker than Congolese Bantus kkkk

I dont like this Horner talk that is always Somali + xabash. We are too different, just look at a PCA. The shared ancestry broke away long ago too, and alot of selection happened in both since

I don't even see alot of xabash with staighter hair or Somalis with those weird wide features and pseudo-AA look alot of xabash have.
