What should my cousin do?

So my cousin back home have been secretly talking to a guy she likes for over a year they wanna get married

Her parents heard from others she’s talking to a guy she told them it was just lies

Than comes a guy that really likes her and contacted her on Facebook she blocked him

A couple weeks later the same guy who she blocked is gonna bring his male relatives to see her dad on Wednesday to get permission to marry his daughter

What advice would you give her?

Refuse and come clean?

Yep, she should come clean. Declare she has been having phone sex with her distant LOVE. Its too late. The other blocked facebook guy cannot match a good Somali phone shukaansi that's results in cries that disturb the neighbors! Just not the same

If she comes clean or the other guy comes to the family can’t they stop the whole thing and get them married instead?

The phone man cause they know each other talking and getting to know each other for marriage purposes this other guy she hasn’t even seen his face or know his name

For me, if she was my cousin I would advice her to marry the facebook guy. I am very practical. He is closer to her. With the distant guy, who knows what his motives are? Passport? At least this facebook guy is probably a cousin who already fancies her. She should dump the phone man. Good luck

That’s what I thought aswell but the guy wanted to approach her family but she stopped him

cause she didn’t think it was a good idea after she finish university was her plan to let the parents know but now her plan backfired on her
