HIV- you can live a normal life not bed bound unlike being morbidly obese
Downsides - Sigma attached to having HIV, If you disclose HIV status your dating pool might get smaller (unless someone has a fetish for it ahhh), complications with having the disease, feeling alone etc
Morbidly obese- Yeah I don’t know the positives here.
Downsides- Physical limitation, work might be limited unless you work from home, emotional distress, cost money dealing with it, relationships might be hard to obtain (except feeders).
