I want to know your opinion on this subject. From Somali to Arab and Asian. Aside from cheating, money problems and whatever the other main ones are.
It's quick to destroy families and I've never seen it workout but when you hear stories about a man having a second wife being successful, it usually turn out the first wife is reliant on the husband financial or is locked in the marriage unable to leave or lost the will to fight.
Yet, one thing they all have in common is they resent the second wife and hate their husband. All is these men are righteous noble Iman in front of everyone then go do the most selfish action possible in secrecy. Also, I don't understand why all these guys expect everyone to follow through and accept a terrible deal.
Personally, I find marriage to be a big headache and If i found out my sisters were in situation or they were stuck, I'll fully support them to leave.
I made this topic because my of one of my oldest cousin going through this right now.
