Baidoa should be the new federal capital. It's located more centrally and the region could use an economic boost. Also, it would put more Maxa linguistic pressure on the Maay heartland.

I would place the new capital in Nugaal or turn Galkacyo into the new Capital.

I agree. Its the best choice......but if you take the capital from mogdishu.....the people from that region knows rest of somalia will forget about it and move on with their lives.

Lol, Why do you hate Af-Maay so much? I've noticed you're against linguistic diversity. Do you want to turn us into China or something? Besides, Af-Maay sounds more beautiful. It has a melody and is less harsh than Standard Somali.
