I don't claim i am right. I read your passage where it said, it is a request and the passage where it said they need the certification from Somalia. I just wanna make sure, there isn't anything else in this letter, that could lead to another conclusion. I am a fair looser.

It’s not matter of just a stamp, but they Saudi have been buying livestock with Somaliland stamp for nearly 30 years. They can’t just come now and ask for stamp from government they and everybody know have no authority over the lands of Somaliland.

The federal government is playing politics with the economy of Somaliland and it’s people.

The only thing this episode have achieved is that it’s has united the people behind the government.
