Welsh Professor says the Welsh government recognises Somaliland. I have given the time he says it. Looks like this is a big leap for SL 200 years of history and Somaliland has been recognised by a constituent country with no seat in the UN. I am happy (no sarcasm)

You got this guy to disprove SL yet hes speaking the truth but not fully. The foreigners obviously prefer SL because of its safety last attack was in 2008. PL/Somalia in 2019. Piracy abundant in Puntland/Somalia. SL has eradicated piracy along its territorial waters. Says that the foreigners don't gives Somalia a chance he does. Let's count how many people got killed in Kismayo and some where foreigners. This will deter tourists and investors as if there were any to start with. Before posting this on my thread fix these problems.
