Would you move to the states if you married someone from there? My sister’s co worker is marrying a guy from Denmark and he wants to move to MN while she wants to move to Denmark, apparently he is hell bent on moving here and told her most Somalis in Denmark would love the opportunity to move to Canada/US is that true?

I would understand if you lived in shitty UK and Sweden but Denmark? Isn’t it like the world’s happiest place to live?

No it is much worse due to the government hates anything none danish so i don't blame them for wanting to leave that place

Everybody wants to come to America Ukthi. The whole world. I rather go to a socialist country like Denmark and be a house wife. Am tired of having a "job"! Theshinning lets go

Most Somalis in Europe will move to North America but they would prefer to move to Australia because of the weather, less hostility towards refugees and if they are educated or have technical skills the easy access to jobs. We have a Caucasian Aussie guy who hoists the Somalia flag in his house on Somalia's Independence Day. It couldn't happen in Europe or in America.

Even though Australia isn't in Europe I'll still give the question a go.

The answer is obviously a big fat no.

America is a straight downgrade from Australia in too many ways to justify moving to it.

There are streets in minneapolis in somali plus row of garages with somaliflags

Hell yeah!!.

Forget marriage i wanted buy my own home for the longest and now that i'm close to having that kind of money through savings and building my own business i am reconsidering, because i want to move to America.

Europe is all the same, wether one part is doing good or not.

If the person is worth it, why not. I have many friends, who studied for a semester abroad in the states and what they've told me was very positive. I wouldn't settle for Minnesota, but probably another place in the states.

Rather than qashining my post like a little butthurt child that you are for stating my opinion why don't you use your head and convince me why it would be beneficial to move to the USA.

Taxes are very high in Denmark , also from what I heard of relatives in Denmark the atmosphere is very anti-immigrant/Islam .

You said it is a downgrade which is not true unless you mean the women which is true besides you guys got horrible cadan radicals over there
