My heart just broke. What's wrong with people? How can a mother do this? This is heartbreaking, that poor baby didn't deserve that woman as a mother.

The baby is alive and healthy luckily it was taken to Hargeisa hospital.

To make it worse it’s a tight, dirty place. If you don’t want a baby why not at the very least leave it out in front of a building where someone can find it? Sick people

Back home has more sexual activities then anywhere else where Somalis are at. I was there recently, I know.

Yet when a chick gets pregnant out of wedlock she becomes terrified that she’ll go to any extend to get rid of the baby. Her own life is under threat because he make relatives could possibly kill her. The other major reason is the stigma she’s running away from.

This does not justify her killing the baby.

This child’s story sounds like a biblical story. He could grow up to be the next Ahmed Gurey. A lot of bastards have became heroes in history. People like George Washington, Napoleon and Steve Jobs.

washinton or napoleon were not bastards, Washingtons dad was a famous land owner and Napoleon dad was a Corsican gentleman,

but jobs was,
