It's peoples choice how they dress, all you can do is advise them, if they don't take that advise, make dual for them and mind your own instead of judging
You guys who jump to someone defense. I didn't abuse her i didn't mock her. Just showed her some reason.
Why dont you try conversing with her and understanding why she decided to discard her hijab.
Im asking you can someone claim to have good iman when they have diacarded the hijab. Not their qalbi. But muuqaal

hijab is an obligation after that its between the person and their faith the only thing we can do really is make dua and it could be that Allah accepts the dua and guides their heart and makes the hijab easy for them

Ask her why so you can understand her reasoning so you can help her change.

Never happened to me but I had a feeling that it would of if I hadn’t asked my parents to give me a passport and book me a flight personally (this was in 2016 I was 15) didn’t carry more than a small amount of money on me for emergencies 1,5k USD and the rest was on the online services Edahab and Zaad
Had a great time in various locations went as far into the interior of somaliland Erigavo
Only stayed 2 months
Literally as soon as I got back my younger sister was shipped off to hargeisa for 8 months to learn deen and dhaqan my grandfather took her passport when she got rowdy (she was a tomboy) came back a completely new person the experience wasn’t all good for her there where times where’d she’d feel scared random idiots robbing her friends at knifepoint night time

I’m 18 now and spending my gap year in somaliland doing whatever I want eating at cafes and hotels working my own hours at both taxi and consultant (only called up when there’s space on the roster)
The state I was in before Somalia was very westernized and it was a extremely humbling experience I’m glad I was given the chance to experience somaliland

I when to galkacyo 2015. Beautiful time. Met family. A war broke out between Pl and GM. The entire town fled to neighboring cities. All that were left were goats and gunmen. I refused to flee my home, after 10 years of being abroad. I lived off digir for 2 weeks I drank wiyeer. A friggin mortar hit the house behind me. Pl won and the city returned to normal after a month alxmd. I was 17 at the time. Definitely wasnt traumatizing, it was eye opening. I gained street cred from all the mooryaan kkk
