20-10(2 shoes)=10

3) 4 newspapers and 1 weirdoe=13
13-5(1 weirdoe)=8
8÷4(4 newspapers)=2

4) 1 shoe+(weirdoe wearing 2 shoes and holding 2 newspapers)×newspaper.
