The practice use to be very common in Turkey, Iran, and some other parts of the Middle East. I’m dead ass like the word itself Bachi Pazi is supposedly Farsi.
Look it up, there a number of Ottaman sultans who had special male lovers. Who happened to be pre teen boys, btw castrated as well. It’s just nasty.
